We're an online store, and you can order through the website or through instagram dm.
your orders will arrive to your door step through courier service.

You're allowed to check your order while the courier is outside and check your pieces.

• If you don't want to take your piece, you will only pay the courier fees and return it immediately.

• if you took your piece and it changed color or has any defects within the first 2 weeks we will repair it for you free or exchange it.
  After the 2 weeks , if anything happened we will also repair it for you but with additional repair fees.

Orders usually takes from 2-5 working days to arrive. However, if your order is to be restocked or customized it takes 10-15 working days.

It's preferable to contact us as soon as you discover any defects.

We will send the courier to take them and repair them :)

However , repairing any piece will not take less that 10 working days.
